Brace Yourself USA sells only top
quality products and always wants to insure that our customers are completely
satisfied. To insure complete satisfaction, our manufacturers will repair
or replace, at their discretion, any product proven to be defective
because of poor workmanship or faulty material.
This warranty will not cover pads or straps, which would wear and require
replacement under normal use. This warranty also does not cover
repair or replacement caused by misuse, abuse, alteration or accidental damage.
All warranties will require replacement by the
manufacturer.
You may return most items sold by Brace Yourself USA within 10 days of delivery
for a refund minus a restocking fee of 25%. Brace Yourself USA will pay
all shipping costs if the item delivered to you was a result of our error.
Brace Yourself USA will not
guarantee the sizing of an item. Sizing
information provided on Brace Yourself USA website follows standard sizing
practices and comes directly from the manufacturer. Please make sure the sizing
is correct before ordering your brace.
International Orders: Brace Yourself does ship internationally via UPS
and FedEx and is not responsible for delays, holds, extra charges levied by customs, etc. due to customs
or other international issues or events. If shipping delays due to
customs or other causes arise, we will do our best to communicate with
you to resolve the delay and get your package to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items sold by Brace
Yourself USA are non-returnable. A non-returnable item is one that
cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons. These items may
include but are not limited to foot related products, maternity products and
custom made braces. Please note the Non-Returnable warning on the
product page before purchasing.
We cannot accept returns of certain
items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after
delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is
damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any item that is missing the appropriate instruction
manuals.
- Any item missing the original packaging material.
- Any product that has been used in any shape or form.
Customers wishing to
return an item for credit must contact our office within 10 days after delivery
of merchandise to obtain a refund minus the appropriate shipping charges and
restocking fee. Any item returned after 10 days from purchase without the
consent of Brace Yourself USA shall be returned to the customer at the
customer's expense. A customer MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from Brace Yourself USA before returning any item.
Any product returned to our warehouse without this number shall be returned to
the customer at the customers expense or be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If you receive a
defective item, contact us by email or by phone immediately and upon our
authorization, return the defective product, with the original
purchase invoice.
If you have purchased
the wrong size brace, and would like to exchange it for a different size,
please contact us by email or by phone and upon our authorization, return it to
Brace Yourself USA. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of
the customer. Shipping exchanged braces is normally done via UPS ground. Customers
can pay for faster shipping if requested. We suggest that when you receive your
brace, try it on inside your house to see if it fits properly. If it is too
large or too small, contact us and place the brace back in its original box.
All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. There is a 25%
restocking fee applied to every product returned for credit. There are
no exceptions. This 25% fee does not apply to exchanges or a defective
item.
PLEASE NOTE
We
will not accept the return of a brace if the brace has been worn down or dirty.
If a brace is returned to us without a return authorization, it will be returned
to the customer at the customer's expense or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If a brace is returned to the manufacturer without our authorization, it may
not be credited properly to your account and/or the brace will be returned at
the customer's expense or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
